The substrate must be clean and free of dust.
Permissible wood moisture content: > 20% (artificially dried construction timber excluded).
The wood should have already been cut to measure.
Completely remove old coatings (e.g. paints or medium-build stains), bark, bast and dirt.
If necessary, use a sprayer and water to moisten dry wood (u <20%).
Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from +5 °C
Application by brush, dipping or spraying tunnel.
Once dry (waiting time min. 4 weeks), the treated wood can be further treated with approved solvent-based or water-based coatings.
To enable the wood to dry and prevent the wood preservative from washing off, store in a covered area on sturdy, non-permeable ground.
Seal opened containers well and use contents as soon as possible.
Check colour, adhesion and compatibility with the substrate by setting up a trial area.
In the case of preventive measures in recreation rooms or surrounding adjoining rooms, use as a recreation room is only permitted four weeks after treatment.
Practice values at +20 °C and 65% relative humidity.
Low temperatures, poor ventilation and high humidity delay drying.
Working tools / cleaning
Paintbrush, dipping or open tank impregnation system, spraying tunnel
Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Ensure that any residue from cleaning is disposed of correctly.
