When selecting a coating system, the dimensional stability of the components is an important requirement to consider. Components for which dimensional changes are permitted to a limited extent are referred to as components with limited dimensional stability. These components require coordinated protection and should be coated with wood stains or paints for interior or exterior use. This means that when it comes to the design of profiled boards, garden sheds, wood panelling or carports, for example, there are no limits.

Interior wooden components

As a natural raw material, wood can be integrated into interiors for an individual effect. In order to ensure that wood surfaces can be enjoyed for years to come, they should therefore be protected with translucent or opaque systems for exterior use.
