Preparation

Preparations
Mechanically remove coarse soiling.
Pre-wet the substrate being cleaned with water.
Depending on the intensity of the soiling, prepare a solution with a concentration of from 1:4 to 1:20.
Set up a trial area to determine the cleaning effect.

Application

Use a suitable tool to apply the solution that has been prepared for the contamination at hand.
Clean surface using a scrubbing brush.
Wash off thoroughly.
A high-pressure cleaner may optionally be used for cleaning.
Remove cleaning agent until no residues remain.
If needed, repeat the application.

Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.
Set up the necessary collection receptacles.
Cleaner residue may lead to lime sinter.
If the material comes into contact with metal, wash away immediately with water.
Dark joints may be lightened by cleaning.
Not suitable for sand-lime facing brick.
On surfaces that are highly porous or prone to efflorescence, pre-impregnate then clean (process patent DE3018116C2).

Clean tools with water immediately after use.

At least 36 months in unopened, original containers stored cool, dry and protected from frost.

Approx. 0.05 - 0.1 kg/m² depending on the level of soiling
when used 1:10 in water -
Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

General information

Not suitable for sand-lime facing brick.
The material only dissolves impurities containing lime and not any other dirt deposits.
The applicable regulations and legal requirements must be observed.
The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.
Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
