Preparation
-
Substrate requirements
Concrete surface:
Stable, clean, dust-free
Observe the applicable technical regulations for the following parameters:
- Adhesive pull strength of the substrate
- Minimum roughness/roughness depthPre-wet the substrate so that it is slightly moist.
-
-
Application
-
Application requirements
Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C
-
Working time:
(+20 °C): approx. 10 minutesCuring time:
(+20 C): approx. 15 minutesQuick mounting
Fill the assembly area with material, applying light pressure.
Installation of duct covers
Clean and wet joints between frame and substructure.
Insert formwork.
Pour in free-flowing mortar.
Subsequent processing
Protect fresh mortar surfaces from wind, direct sunlight, rain and/or frost for at least 3 days so that they do not dry too quickly.
-
Application instructions
-
Only mix small quantities.
Can be removed from formwork after approx. 1-2 hours (depending on the consistency and ambient conditions).
When applied in a free-flowing consistency, the material is resistant to loading after approx. 2 hours (if early loading is required, use Betofix QR 2).
When applied in a plastic consistency or a consistency suitable for filling, the material has high early strength and early resistance to loading.
