    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be dry to slightly damp, clean and free of grease, and capable of supporting a load. Metals must be bare.

      • Preparations

        Underpin joint widths ≥ 1 cm with a round cord.

        Prime highly absorbent joint edges (Acryl 100 1:1 in water).

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 30 °C
      • Sealant gun / Filling knife
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Cut off tip at an angle according to the width of the joint and inject, filling the joint completely.

        Application depth of the material: 75% of the joint width.

        Apply the material with sufficient pressure to the sides of the joint, then smoothen with a moist spatula.

    • Application instructions
      • Hardening times increase at increasing joint depths.

        A coating can be applied as soon as the surface can no longer be damaged.

        Wash the material off with soapy water while wet.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • At least 36 months in unopened, original containers stored cool, dry and protected from frost.

      • Total application rate approx. 100 ml / cm² x m
      • Approx. 100 ml/m for a 1 cm² joint cross-section

    • General information
      • Protect from water and sunlight until the material has hardened sufficiently.

        Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.

        Observe the instructions of IVD Leaflet No. 20 from the German Sealants Industry Association IVD.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
