A new, barrier-free residential park has been built in Ratheim, a district of Hückelhoven. It includes day care, assisted living, and a senior citizens' shared apartment. There is sufficient parking space available for residents in the underground garage.

- All critical points of the plinth and basement waterproofing had to be waterproofed cleanly. Particular attention was paid to the connection areas and material transitions in the plinth zone, which was subject to high moisture levels. This applied in particular to the area around doors and floor-to-ceiling windows.
