    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

Dry, clean, free of dust and cracks (except hairline cracks) and capable of supporting a load.

Free of salts known to be damaging to building materials.

      • Preparations

Use Primer Hydro HF to prime any sanding, firmly adhering substrates.

If necessary, strengthen or consolidate the substrate using silicic acid ester (KSE) products (see also guidelines for KSE modular system).

    • Application
      • Stir well.

Coat the surface using a suitable tool.

Depending on the conditions of the substrate, apply 1 or 2 coats.

Wait at least 6 hours between coats.

    • Application instructions
      • Take appropriate measures to protect adjacent building elements and materials that should not come into contact with the product.

When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number.

Protect freshly coated surfaces from rain, direct sunlight, frost and condensation.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Paint brush, flat brush, lamb's wool roller

      • Clean tools, equipment and any splashed material immediately with water while still fresh.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 0.2 - 0.4 l/m² per coat

      • Application rates may vary depending on the condition of the surface.

Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

    • General information
      • Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.

Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not pour liquid coating or residues down the drain, even when cleaning tools used for applying the coating.
