PUR Primer S 2K

A suitable substrate is PUR Color ZS in the Remmers OS 11a - II system.

The substrate must be firm, dimensionally stable, capable of bearing loads and free of loose constituents, dust, oil, grease, rubber marks and other substances that could interfere with adhesion.

The surface of PUR Color ZS must not be allowed to chalk or crackle.

Surfaces that are more than 2 days old must be mechanically roughened and thoroughly cleaned before the adhesion promoter is applied. Disc grinding machines equipped with suitable grinding attachments such as "diamond Turtle Pads" can be used for grinding.

The substrate must be dry.

Clean tools and remove any contamination immediately after use and while fresh using Thinner V 103.

Take suitable protective and waste disposal measures when cleaning.

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

Using a microfibre roller, apply a thin, even layer of adhesion promoter crosswise.

Unless otherwise specified, all of the values and application rates given above have been determined under laboratory conditions (20 °C) using standard colours. Slight deviations from these values may arise if the product is worked with on site.

The product cures under the influence of humidity. If the layers are too thick, foam may form.

Do not use on old (more than 2 days old) or superficially damaged surfaces (e.g. crackling or heavy chalking).

The substrate must be protected against direct water loads before, during and after coating. If this is not done, the adhesion promoter must be applied again.

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
