    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.

        Dimensionally stable wood building elements: wood moisture content 11-15%

      • Preparations

        Remove resin galls.

        If necessary, impregnate non-resistant woods with a wood preservative* (*Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use).

    • Application
      • Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +15 °C to max. +30 °C
      • Stir before use
      • Airless/airmix spraying
      • Stir well.

        Airless spraying: nozzle size: 0.23 - 0.28 mm, material pressure: 80 - 120 bar.

        Airmix spraying: nozzle size: 0.23 - 0.28 mm, spray pressure: 80 - 100 bar, air pressure: 1.2 - 2.0 bar.

        After priming, apply the first intermediate coating by spraying. Once dry, carry out intermediate sanding with P280. Apply a second intermediate coat by spraying. After leaving to dry overnight, apply a finishing coat of Induline LW-700.

        Seal opened containers well and use contents as soon as possible.

    • Application instructions
      • Drying time: can be worked over after 12 h
      • If necessary, check compatibility with the substrate and sealing effect by applying a trial coat.

        Before coating technically modified woods and wood-based materials, apply the product to a trial surface and conduct a suitability test on the desired area of use.

        Ensure good ventilation.

      • Drying

        Dust-dry: after 40 - 50 minutes
        Sanding: after approx. 2 hours

        Can be overcoated with a water-based finishing coat after min. 12 and max. 24 hours. At longer waiting times, interim sanding must be performed and a new intermediate coating applied.

      • Thinning

        The product is ready to use; dilute with 5 to 10% V-890 thinner if necessary.

      • Clean tools using WV-891 Brush Wash or V-890 Thinner.

        Ensure that any residue from cleaning is disposed of correctly.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 125 ml - 150 ml / m² per layer applied
      • 125 - 150 ml/m² per coat
        (equivalent to a wet film thickness of 125 - 150 µm and a dry film thickness of 55 - 70 µm)

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
