Preparation

Preparations
The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.
Wood moisture content max. 15%

Application

Pour the material onto the prepared surface and spread using a suitable PU roller.
Unused material must not be mixed with fresh material. It must be kept in separate containers to prevent the fresh material from setting too quickly in the container.
Use the contents of opened containers within 24 hours.

Application instructions

Check colour, adhesion and compatibility with the substrate by setting up a trial area.
Ensure good ventilation.

Drying
At 20 °C and 60 % relative humidity:
- Dust-dry after 4-6 hours
- Stackable after 24 hours, mechanical loads after 3 days
- Fully cured after 7 days -
Thinning
Ready to use for application by roller. For spray and pouring application, the product can be adjusted to the required parameters with the thinner V 101.

Working tools / cleaning

Suitable mixing device, PU roller, spraying device, casting system

Tools and any spilled material must be cleaned with V 101 Thinner while fresh. Hardened material can only be removed mechanically.
Take suitable protective and waste disposal measures when cleaning.

Storage / shelf life

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 6 months.

Abrasive mechanical loads leave traces of wear.
The number of formwork cycles can be maximised by using suitable release agents.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
