- Short description
- The vacant buildings required refurbishment in many areas, starting with moisture and salt damage in the ground floor and basement rooms. Due to the proximity to the banks of the Main River, special attention had to be paid during the renovation of the plinth to ensure that the walls were waterproof and thus protected from moisture in the soil and seepage water. The facades of the old warehouses also had to be renovated due to large cracks. New grouting, stone replacement and stone substitution measures were then carried out. Waterproofing measures were also necessary, both inside and outside the buildings, to make them habitable. Due to the holistic refurbishment of the project, several products and system solutions were used to transform the old industrial site into a modern living space.
