Preparation

Substrate requirements
Clean, dry, free of cracks and capable of supporting a load.
Free of salts known to be damaging to building materials.

Preparations
Remove primary sources of PCB.
Remove any old coatings not capable of supporting a load, making sure not to leave any residue.
Prime sanding, well adhering substrates with Primer Hydro F (art. 2842).

Application

Stir well.
Coat the surface using a suitable tool.
The product must be applied in at least 3 coats.
Wait at least 8 hours between coats.

Application instructions

Adjacent building elements and materials that are not intended to come into contact with the product should be protected using suitable measures.
When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number.

Working tools / cleaning

Paintbrush, flat brush, lamb's wool roller, airless equipment

Clean tools, equipment and any splashed material immediately with water while still fresh.

Storage / shelf life
-
If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

Approx. 0.45 l/m² in 3 coats

The application rate depends on the condition of the substrate.

Working in PCB-contaminated areas is subject to special regulations, in particular the PCB guidelines of the German federal states, DGUV Rule 101-004 and TRGS 524.
Current regulations and legal requirements must be taken into account and deviations from these must be agreed separately.
The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
