PU Concrete & Floor Paint

The substrate must be clean, dry, stable, free of grease and capable of bearing a load.

Roughen smooth concrete surfaces before coating.

Remove cement slurry.

Stir well before using.

Applying a coating to concrete and cement, interior and exterior (covered outdoor areas):

Prepare the substrate; wait until concrete and cement surfaces have fully set (approx. 4 weeks) before coating.

Dilute the first coat with approx. 30% water.

Then brush on 2 undiluted coats.

Applying a coating on top of old coatings, or touching up a coating:

Check that old coatings are compatible.
Prepare the substrate, patch up any defects.
Then apply at least 2 coats of undiluted PU Concrete & Floor Paint.

When coating continuous surfaces, only use materials with the same batch number as slight differences in colour, gloss and texture may occur.

All connecting surfaces (railings, drains, door edges, etc.) must be thoroughly sealed. If this is not done, there is a risk of blistering and detachment.

Low temperatures and high humidity delay drying.

Paintbrush, nylon roller with min. 10 mm pile height

Clean tools, equipment and any splashed material immediately with water while still fresh.

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

Approx. 160 ml/m² per coat, at least 2 coats required.
Apply a trial coating on site to determine the precise application rate.

Please secure the container against tipping over and leaking during transport!

Not suitable for garage floors.

Colour information and colour prints are non-binding. Colour deviations are possible depending on the substrate and printing technique. After drying, the final colour will differ from the fresh colour in the container.

Do not allow water to pool.

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
