    Field of application

    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        Joint sides must be clean, dry, free from grease and capable of bearing a load.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 40 °C

      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +40 °C

      • Apply the material using a suitable tool.

        Apply the next material within the specified reaction time (Δ min/max).

    • Application instructions
      • Low temperatures increase the setting time, while high temperatures decrease it.

        Do not use on PMMA (e.g. Plexiglas).

        When working on plastics, test first on an inconspicuous place.

      • Clean tools immediately after use with V 101 Thinner.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 10 ml/running metre on average for both joint sides

      • The application rate depends on the condition of the substrate.

        Apply to a large enough trial area to determine the precise amount required.

      • The applicable regulations and legal requirements must be observed.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

        Always set up a trial area/trial areas first.

        Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
