    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        Clean any dirt or wax off the formwork.

      • Preparations

        Before using new wooden formwork for the first time, coat with a sufficient quantity of cement paste. Brush off the next day and treat with release agent.

      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 80 °C
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +80 °C.

      • Apply a thin layer of the material.

        Make sure that no pools form.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • By brush / By roller/ Low pressure spraying
      • Low-pressure spraying equipment, surface brush, roller, short-hair broom, rubber scraper, cloth

      • Clean tools immediately after use with V 101 Thinner.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

      • Depending on the application / m²
      • Dependent on application and formwork surface: As formwork oil: approx. 1 l concentrate / 200 – 300 m² depending on the absorbency As bitumen release agent: approx. 1 l concentrate / 30 – 50 m²

    • General information
      • When using on fair-faced concrete surfaces according to the DBV (German Institute for Concrete) data sheet, set up a trial area depending on the fair-faced concrete class.

        Remove all material residue from the concrete surface before applying any coatings.

        Deviations from applicable regulations must be agreed separately.

        The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
