Substrate requirements
The substrate must be clean and capable of bearing a load.

Preparations
Wallpaper, coatings and layers of paint are not suitable substrates and must be removed.

Application

Application requirements
Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +35 °C

Work using a sealant gun.
Lightly wet both parts to be joined in order to achieve the maximum adhesive strength and rapid establishment of the bond.
If joining two non-porous parts: lightly wet one side only.
Apply the adhesive on one side and push together the pieces to be joined within 5 minutes, using a slight sliding or twisting movement if necessary and applying strong pressure. A higher adhesive strength is achieved by pressing the parts together (for at least 60 minutes). The adhesive bond must not be moved while it is hardening.The glue can be applied in dots or in a strip.

Manual and compressed-air pistol

Clean with thinner and brush cleaner or V 101 Thinner while the material is still fresh. Later the product can be removed by mechanical means only.

Storage / shelf life

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

Approx. 5 - 15 g/m² if applied in strips, approx. 50 g/m² if applied in dots

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
