    • High adhesive strength
    • Resistant to bodies of water aggressive to concrete (DIN 4030 XA3)
    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

Clean, dry, dust-free and capable of supporting a load.

Waterproofing layers must be completely dry.

Prime absorbent mineral substrates with Kiesol MB.

    • Preparation
      • Combination container

Break up the powder component before adding to the bitumen emulsion.

Remove any dried material adhering to the edge of the bucket.

Briefly stir the bitumen base material.

Add the entire quantity of broken-up powder component to the bitumen emulsion.

Mix for approx. 30 seconds, stop mixing and allow the air introduced during mixing to escape.

Remove the powder adhering to the side.

Resume mixing and continue for at least 2 minutes.

      • Ground moisture/non-pressing water (W1-E)

Apply 6-8 dots of adhesive to the insulation boards and bond to the building element by pushing down with uniform pressure and floating into position.

For the water impact class "ground moisture/non-pressing water", we also recommend bonding the insulation boards over their entire surface.

        Pressing water (W2-E)

Using the material, bond the entire surface area of the insulation boards, including the edges, to the building element in accordance with the official specifications.

    • Application instructions
      • In the case of liquid-applied waterproofing materials, direct sunlight and/or wind exposure can cause accelerated skin formation and accompanying blistering.

Insulation boards must be firmly fixed at the base point (e.g. projecting foundation) and laid in a bond without joints.

Until the foundation pit has been filled in, secure the insulation boards so that they cannot slip or slide.

Protect freshly bonded panels from rear moisture penetration.

To avoid thermal stresses, the excavation pit must be backfilled promptly.

In the base area, the base insulation boards must be additionally secured above the ground, see also the processing instructions of the base insulation board manufacturer.

    • Working tools / cleaning
      • Anchor stirrer, scoop, notched trowel, smoothing trowel

Clean tools with water immediately after use.

        Remove dried-on material using V 101 Thinner (0978).

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
