Substrate requirements
The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.

Application

Application requirements
Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +5 °C to max. +35 °C

Cut off tip at an angle according to the width of the joint and inject, filling the joint completely.
Apply to the joint edges using sufficient pressure.

Storage / shelf life

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

Insulating glass edge compound
Material compatibility has been tested according to ift Guideline DI-01/1: "The usability of sealants - Part 1 Testing of materials in contact with the edge-sealing of insulating glass units", version dated February 2008, Section 4.1 "Three-compound test" P1.

Material compatibility has been tested according to ift Guideline VE-05/1: "Proof of the compatibility of glazing blocks with cured sealants from the insulating glass edge-sealing", version dated November 2002.
Induline GLF 925 Glazing Bar Filler is compatible with standard commercial glazing packers based on polypropylene (PP).

Induline GLF 925 Glazing Bar Filler is compatible with standard commercial PVB films.

General information

Observe the regulations of Code of Practice No. 10 from the "Industrieverband Dichtstoffe" (Association of the Sealants Industry, IVD).
Not suitable for sealing glazing rebates.
Deviations from applicable regulations must be agreed separately.
The relevant test certificates must be observed when planning and carrying out work.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
