    • Preparation
      • Substrate requirements

        The substrate must be clean, dry, free of dust, grease and loose substances, and prepared in the correct manner.

        Wood moisture content: 8-12%

      • Preparations

        Softwood: Sand the raw wood lengthways with P 80-120 grit.

        Hardwood: Sand the raw wood lengthways with P 120-180 grit.

        Coating should be carried out immediately after raw wood sanding.

    • Application
      • Application temperature: min. 18 °C max. 25 °C
      • Stir before use

      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. +18°C to max. +25°C.

      • Stir well, including during application or after a break in work.

        Spray.

        Flow cup gun: nozzle size: 1.0 - 1.6 mm, atomiser air pressure: 1.0 - 2.0 bar.

        Seal opened containers well and use contents as soon as possible.

    • Application instructions
      • Check colour, adhesion and compatibility with the substrate by setting up a trial area.

      • Drying

        Ready for overcoating: after approx. 1 - 4 hours

        Practice values at +20 °C and 65% relative humidity.

        Low temperatures, poor ventilation and high humidity delay drying.

        Use a smoothing brush (fibre/leather brush) or duster to remove spray residue/excess material.

        Do not use forced drying.

        With Aqua PB-006 clear
        (with max. 5% water if necessary)

      • Clean tools with water or Aqua RK-898 Cleaning Concentrate immediately after use.

        Ensure that any residue from cleaning is disposed of correctly.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • Shelf-life 12 months
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 12 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 80 ml - 120 ml / m² per layer applied
      • 80 - 120 ml/m²

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
