Properties
- All the tools required in one set:
· 11 rods of hard wax
· 1x filler applicator including non-woven cloth and sanding/polishing cloth
· 1x melter (including batteries)
· 1x cotton cloth
· 1x brush pen containing clear varnish (silk matt)

Preparations
The damaged area being repaired must be clean, dry and free of grease
Remove any loose or protruding parts before carrying out repairs

Application

Select the correct colour
Heat up the melter, then melt and mix small portions of filler
Fill damaged area with the wax mixture
Use the grooved applicator to remove excess wax
Wipe the surface with the non-woven cloth to remove grease
Shake the sealant pen vigorously
Varnish the surface using the sealant applicator pen
Use the sanding/polishing cloth to adjust the gloss level
Seal opened containers well and use contents as soon as possible.

Drying
Sealant pen:
Dust-dry: after approx. 5 minutes
Touch-dry: after approx. 10 minutes
Can be overcoated: after approx. 10 minutes
Full loading capacity after approx. 30 minutes
Wax pen:
Can be further processed/overcoated after cooling to room temperature -

Storage / shelf life

If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for at least 24 months.

Disposal instructions

Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
