      • Substrate requirements

        Clean, dust-free and capable of supporting a load.

      • Preparations

        Degree of purity SA 2 ½ if applying corrosion protection, otherwise SA 2

    • Application
      • Brush
      • Application temperature: min. 5 °C max. 25 °C
      • Application requirements

        Temperature of the material, air and substrate: from min. 5 °C to max. +30 °C

      • Full-coverage corrosion protection in two layers, minimum coating thickness 1 mm per layer

        Apply subsequent coatings (corrosion protection) after approx. 3 hours at 20 °C.

    • Application instructions
      • Once it has hardened, mortar must not be made workable again by adding either water or more wet mortar.

        Apply spraying mortar Betofix SPCC TS after a minimum of 3 hours.

      • Clean tools with water while the material is still fresh.

        Any material that has already begun to dry can only be removed mechanically.

    • Storage / shelf life
      • Shelf-life 6 months
      • Store frost-free and cool / protect for moisture / close containers
      • If stored unopened in its original container in a cool, dry place and protected against frost, the product will keep for 6 months.

    • Usage
      • Approx. 100 g/m reinforcing steel Ø 16 mm

    • General information
      • The mixing water must be of drinking water quality.

        The characteristic data of the product were determined under laboratory conditions at 20 °C and 50% relative humidity.

    • Disposal instructions
      • Larger quantities of leftover product should be disposed of in the original containers in accordance with the applicable regulations. Completely empty, clean containers should be recycled. Do not dispose of together with household waste. Do not allow to enter the sewage system. Do not empty into drains.
